ITTA, Inc., was established more than twenty years ago for the purpose of promoting, establishing,
and preserving fair and equitable non-income tax laws and ensuring that those laws are applied according
to the same principles of fairness and equity. Our goal is keeping our clients competitive through obtaining
equitable taxation.
Our methodology involves evaluating clients’ non-income tax records; providing company-specific
advice about lawful taxpaying practices; and obtaining refunds, credits, or reductions of overpaid or
overassessed taxes. We also work with taxing authorities, legislative bodies, and judicial officers in
effecting meaningful change and informed interpretation relating to non-income tax laws.
Among our collective staff qualifications are:
On-site experience evaluating records of numerous companies, many with assets of up to $1 billion.
Experience valuing commercial aircraft and calculating apportioned taxes for air transportation property.
Master of Professional Accountancy degree.
Diverse undergraduate degrees.
Successful completion of Certified Public Accountant examination.
Professional certification as a United States Customs broker.
Experience interpreting and applying various state, federal, and foreign tax laws.
Experience with different taxing authorities: obtaining opinions, appealing cases, negotiating issues.
Experience with legislative lobbying.
